

What if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin and are afraid that the earhooks may not suit you, you have the option of upgrading to 925 silver earhooks at a $1 charge.
What if I don't have pierced ears but would like to buy your earrings?
If like any of our earrings, but do not have ear holes, don't worry, you can request for a change to clip-ons at NO extra charge!
Can I get a closer look at items before purchasing?
Yes, of course. If you would like to get a better idea of what the item looks like, feel free to email us. We'd gladly help you :)
How do you measure your items?
Well, earrings are measured without the ear hooks, bracelets are measured from one clasp to the other and as for necklaces, they're clasped together, then measured from the clasp to the longest part.
Why do you only make one piece for most items?
I like the idea of exclusiveness and having a wide variety of jewellery. I think that making each piece of jewellery unique is what makes it special :)
Do you do remakes for items that are sold?
Remakes may be possible, depending on the availability of materials. If you are really interested in that item, you can request for a customisation that looks similar to the item.
How much would a customisation cost?
That would depend on what you ask for, really. Naturally, more intricate and detailed designs would cost a bit more. It also depends on the beads used.
How do I get a customisation?
If you want a customisation, you can find out more in the order section.
What if I made an order but don't get a reply?
Oh dear... That could either mean you did not submit your form properly, or I could have missed it by accident (which is highly unlikely). If that happens, drop me another email to double check.
What if I change my mind about getting an item?
If you decide not to get an item anymore, or want to swap, email me asap. Once payment is made, orders cannot be changed.
What if the item I ordered doesn't fit?
Well, the measurements are stated in the description of each post. If it doesn't fit, I can alter it for you. Just give me your measurements :)
What if the item I ordered arrives broken?
Oh dear! If your article arrives broken, email me and I'll give you the address to send it to so that I can fix it.
Do you charge to fix broken items?
No, I don't.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Local mail could take about 1-5 days to arrive from the day that the item is mailed.
What if I am a customer from overseas?
Shipping rates for international customers apply. Payments must be made in Singapore Dollars.
